From the A465 Heads of the Valley Road

The main road from the north is the A465 Heads of the Valley Road. Come off this road at the Ebbw Vale roundabout onto the A4046. At the next roundabout, take the first exit towards the A4281 the Works. Keep on this road until you reach a set of traffic lights. At the first set of lights, go straight on towards the A421 the Works; on the second set of lights, go straight on towards the A4281 the Works. Approximately 200 meters after the second set of lights, turn right on to Wesleyan Row and then immediately right - the car park is at the end of the row. Once you’ve parked, you can either use the steps at the side of the building or follow the road around to get to the front entrance.

At the M4, come off at Junction 28. Take A467 road marked Brynmawr (A467). Follow the road which bypasses Abercarn and Newbridge. At Crumlin traffic lights carry straight on until you come to Aberbeeg. Take the first left off this roundabout; follow A4046. At the next roundabout, take the second exit towards Ebbw Vale (straight on the Cwm bypass road). Keep on the A4046 until the next roundabout; take the second exit towards the A465 Abergavenny. At the next roundabout, take the first exit; at the next roundabout, take the second exit towards A465 Abergavenny. Follow the road; approximately 200 meters from the other side of the bridge, turn left on to Wesleyan Row and then immediately right - the car park is at the end of the row. Arriva Trains Wales operates an hourly service from Cardiff to Ebbw Vale, arriving at Ebbw Vale Town Station. It’s a short 10-minute walk from Ebbw Vale Town station to our premises. From the station, head towards the entrance of the Gwent Archives Building. Head north, following the road until you reach the roundabout, and take the second exit towards Abergavenny A465. Follow the road; approximately 200 meters from the other side of the bridge, turn left on to Wesleyan Row and then immediately right; follow the road to the car park at the end of the row. You may either use the steps at the side of the building or follow the road around to get to the front entrance.
